Dr. Suzanne Armatas

Dr Armatas has over 25 years of broad based Organizational, Leadership and Workforce Development experience-helping hundreds of clients solve problems, navigate through the complexity of organizational change and reach higher, both personally and professionally, to achieve their best selves. Her career has included holding leadership positions in both Fortune 500 organizations as well as small privately held companies. Additionally, over the past decade, she has served as founder and principal consultant for a successful independent consulting company serving hundreds of companies and individuals to solve business problems, achieve team effectiveness and catapult individual growth and development.

Early in Dr. Armatas' career, she knew her personal mission was to help individuals, teams and organizations to grow, learn, develop and change. Her mission has been constant and her focus has been relentless. To help advance her mission, she received her Doctorate from Colorado State University in Organizational Learnng Performance and Change. During her studies, she develop a philosophy steeped in Positive Psychology-a belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play. In today's complex, multi-dimensional world we live in, Dr. Armatas has years of proven success helping individuals, teams and organizations lean in, move the needle and inspire to greatness.

In addition to her academic degrees, Dr. Armatas has multiple certifications including Certified Business Coach and Life Coach. Her coaching philosophy is to meet a client where they are in life, work to develop a customized plan to help them reach the goals that they want to achieve and then build strategies to maintain focus, clarity and resilience. Additionally, she holds certifications in DISC, Myers-Briggs, Thomas Kilmann, Center for Creative Leadership 360, 6 Sigma, Lead Manufacturing and Group Dynamics and Facilitation.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, reading, golf, traveling and spending time with her husband and two .
